Despicable Me
The Despicable Me trailer is out, and I'm really happy about what I see so far. It make me feel even better when I found out that Sergio Pablos is a co-director on the film. I gotta say this film looks great. The character designs are really appealing and I was hooked in the minute I started watching it..
This is the first time I've seen anything about the movie and I can't wait to see it.

I love the character designs for the film, has a strong presence. I'm just not 100% sold on what this movie is about...or how this movie will be interesting. Hopefully they'll persuade me as it gets closer for release.

Wow, very polished. Great to know Sergio Pablos is involved too. I found some of the character designs slightly too exaggerated, but I'm certainly keen to see this one when it's released

Huh. I originally thought this was a short... the designs don't quite look like they have the quality finish a movie like this should have.... at least to me. Well this is something different in the CGI world!
you're TOTALLY right... she does look like the family dog mom. i love the texture of this film... it makes me wanna eat the characters.. is that weird or make any sense? hah... yeah yeah.. you don't have to answer that.
Loved seeing this trailer. I was delighted by the character design and YES I totally agree, these two moms look awfully similar. It would be cool if it were a tribute to one of the best cartoons ever.

I saw the trailer yesterday in the theater and while it looks interesting, I only had one thought...if the critics don't go for it, the film company has given them the most obvious one word critic..." Despicable"...you heard it here first, but i hope it doesn't come to that...nice style though.
i first saw this trailer on the midnight showing of harry potter. yeah i cant wait for this, it looks really funny and most definitely original. seems like it would be a fun mystery film... not too many mystery stuff out there.

Not sure what family dog is, but the mime is very, very similar to Bomb Voyage from Pixar's The Incredibles

I kind of like the stylized character design. The voice cast line-up is pretty nice, with a handful of Judd Apatow regulars with a couple nice surprises: Steve Carell, Jason Segel, Russell Brand, Kristen Wiig, Will Arnett, Danny McBride, costa rica vacation rentals Jemaine Clement, Miranda Cosgrove and Julie Andrews. However, I’m not that impressed with the plot of the film, an unfortunately the two and a half minute trailer doesn’t even really show the film’s despicable main character Gru.

Hello, I'm the movie's animation director and I thought I would just correct a little something: Sergio Pablos is not co-directing the movie. The script is indeed based on an idea of his, but the directors are Pierre Coffin and Chris Renaud. Also, Carter Goodrich is involved in the main characters' design (and he did a great job).
