Im really anxious to see this movie. The colors and designs are well done and the characters animation looks even better.

interesting, I'm opposite of Platypotamus in that i think the backgrounds are way to busy. It makes it hard for me to tell what im looking at in several of those stills. The characters are great, I'm glad to see strong character designs. Muuuuuuuuuch better designs than Bee Movie or Shrek

This is gorgeous. Designs are great. And I can't say I find the backgrounds terribly distracting; there's a lot more simplicity to them then you'd normally find in a dreamworks movie. color aren't gaudy, either.

Looking forward to it, especially if The writing's decent.

Yes the Backgrounds look Great and the designs are even better. Cant wait to see if the story is up to par with the design of the film.

This looks cool, but those Rhinos look a lot like the ones from Robin Hood.

was Steven Silver involved in the production by the way? I don't see his name mentionned anywhere?

Those designs look lazy and derivative. I sure hope they have something to do with the movie. I know there was a major overhaul of the story late in the game because it wasn't playing very well for the audiences. As far as a kiddie film, it'll do OK. Beyond that, I doubt Parents would be interested beyond dropping the tots off.

The look is beautiful. They seem to be going for more of an illustrative feel rather than photorealistic. I think the style is nice but let's see how the story goes.

Oh Man! Technology, design, and artistry meet in the battle of the century. The stuff coming out lately in CG is stunning. Much respect to all the artist and people working on these films.

love em. the animation is looking really nice too...I just hope the toilet humor and pop-culture references (that seem to plague some other films created by this company) don't try and ruin this beauty.

I can't wait to see it, as I really like CG movies. Plus, just about anything relating to martial arts is awesome in my book!

The color schemes and palette does cater well to the 'orient' feel of the kung-fu theme. Does remind me of some Korean films of the 80's. Design wise... I am yet to get over with the Ratatouille hangover. Would love to get the concept art!

Nico Marlet is freaking awesome!!!!!!! The halls at Dreamworks are filled with his amazing drawings. This is the first movie from DW to stick so closely to his designs, but not the last. There is another one one the way!
